  I've been shopping here for years. Like many others have posted, this location is much cleaner/organized than all the other Ross locations in the Bay Area. You really do find great deals here, but you have to really search for the good stuff. The best deals (in my opinion) are for jewelry and shoes. It gets 3 stars because the selections are limited, and you can't actually bring your shopping cart outside the store to your car. I understand it's to prevent theft but it's still annoying if you buy many items.

  Very poor experience. Not enough cashiers had the line winding to the back of the store. Waited in line longer than we shopped, it was awful. They need to hire more staff. That being said we were making a purchase, the selection was great. Limited kids clothes sizes bujt we found what we were looking for
