  I went to this store on 08/05/17 while walking around Newpark Mall and I bought a Gucci Watch for &825. The day I bought the watch they had to put new battery in it. I had the watch for 6 weeks and I wore it only twice as it was not for casual purpose. The second time I wore it I noticed that strap has a crack in it where it attaches the watch.... Took it back to ask why is it so.... First response was it's over 30 days and we don't care what it is or why.....when I insisted that I wore this watch only twice and it's not about days or weeks that I have it for it's about quality of it... they referred me to Gucci customer service which I called and only to found out that since the seller has opened my watch to I have lost my warranty.... Now the seller insisting that band is not under warranty to begin with.... Please do not shop here it is all fake and bad merchandise that they sell and there customer service is bad and they do not have any obligation to there sales and they have bad sales ethics ...
